Football and roast beef

Yep its football season emoticon
Bad news for Steelers fans who live in NY I have a football pkg but they only play the highlights of the Steeler games. Not the whole game. Even on the computer I can watch the games but only 11 p.m. Sunday night. Or the following day. Grr. I just want to watch my Steelers without having to wait 24 hours etc.
On TV I can get the full Football pkg for $125 in addition to the $145 I already pay. And that's another sore spot with me. Paying that much. About ready to quit watching TV altogether.
Anyway. I'll be glad when I get on 3rd shift, next week, I can go to the Y much easier after i get off work at 7 a.m.
I have 2 weeks on 3rd, then, 2 weeks on 1st (training) then back to 3rd for the duration until I can get some seniority to transfer which they say is usually about a year or more. Fine with me. I'm comfortable on 3rd shift. Working nights and sleeping days. Working out at 7 a.m. when I get off work, going home and sleeping.
Watching football now and cooking a beef roast with potatoes, carrots and mushrooms in the crockpot. Smells good and I'm getting hungry.

That just seems to wrong to have to pay to watch football. Crazy and I don't blame you for not wanting to pay that much. We got rid of cable a long time ago, so if its not on regular tv, we don't see it :-(

Hoping you have a wonderful week!

It's a shame you have to pay to watch your favourite sport. DH was annoyed when F1 racing was stopped on terrestrial BBC1 and free to Sky Sports- I said you treat yourself so seldom, get it babe. He said he's not paying out of principle!

Hope your shift work is enjoyable, sounds like you have your workouts planned emoticon
