Today a friend asked me what was so different about Spark People than other plans that I tried...

I told her for one thing spark people gives information on how to live a healthy life, this is not a diet club....

I have learned that I am satisfied with 1/2 sandwich instead of a whole..

I can eat mini meals , and never be too full or too hungry.....

I learned that making small changes can really add up...

I learned that I can think I'm hungry when I'm really not...

I learned that there are a lot of people in this world just like me, and together we can support and encourage each other....joining teams can give yo the extra help you might need..
I learned that there are articles about anything and everything you need to know about getting healthy...

I learned to love my daily workouts, and I am a success even if I do 10 minutes
I learned that each day is a clean slate and it's up to me how it turns out....

I learned that drinking water helps me do better, in not over eating and not feeling so tired..

I learned portion sizes helps me eat what I love in moderation, and I don't have to deprive myself..

I learned that it's okay to be a bit hungry at night when I go to bed...

but the best thing I learned is..THERE IS NOTHING TO EQUAL BEING HEALTHY AND HAPPY..

NO MATTER WHAT YOUR DREAM, NEVER GIVE UP....FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT COME TRUE...
DON'T LET ANYONE OR ANYTHING STAND IN YOUR WAY OF A HEALTHY YOU....
