Ive noticed changes

If a scale didn't exist I would still be able to tell I am getting healthier. I no longer crave sodas, in fact when Im out somewhere and there is no water or ice tea to drink I am sad to have to drink a soda and I will drink very little. I would much rather have some nice cold water or barring that some ice tea, unsweetened.
My knees don't hurt and I can walk faster, although not as fast as I would like but that will come too. Even people at work have commented that Im moving around better( which is really saying Im not walking like an 80 yr old lady! emoticon)
I no longer grab sweets when I am hungry. I look for fruit or veggies. I check all the calorie counts on our dinners and I wont make something that doesn't have calories that either are already listed or that I can easily calculate myself.
My clothes are fitting better, not too big yet but they are comfortable. I no longer have to look through my clothes looking for "fat clothes".
These things have kept me motivated even when I had a small gain after the county fair. I will keep these things in mind even when I don't lose as quickly as I want to because I am progressing! emoticon I have to thank all of you for your constant support emoticon Together we can do this!
