Edamame, fresh mozzarella and tomato wrap

Wrap, preferably whole wheat tortilla
Hummus, 2-3 tbsp, plain kind (or artichoke, garlic flavored, etc.)
Edamame, 1 serving shelled, about 1/3 c.
Mozzarella, fresh, add 1 oz chunks, and warm wrap up in microwave for a bit
Tomato, 1 plum, diced
Parsley or basil, fresh, 1/4 c. chopped

Before wrapping, sprinkle with kosher salt, black pepper, and less than 1 tsp olive oil.

Wrap and enjoy! Sparkers, do the calorie count on this one because it is calorically higher than it looks (isn't everything :( ). This one has a good amount of protein, fiber, and looks like Christmas on the inside.
