Today's challenge is to move unhealthy snacks out of site and to focus on empowering myself by saying I don't want that sugary treat instead of I can't have it.
The 1st part is challenging for me. I will have a lot of choices throughout my busy schedule to cave in so this will be a good day for this challenge. I will turn my back on the goody table when we are out, pack healthy snacks, and take my yummy infusion water bottle.
The 2nd part is easier for me because I do look at my lifestyle as choices and I give myself permission to not be perfect. This mindset works for me.
PS My goal is to get a minimum of 50 miles in a week with working a 40 hour week desk job. Last week was hard but I pushed it and managed to squeeze in 53 miles! Thank you to all my supportive Team players!! Woo Hoo!!
