Day One - Back again

I didn't just give up on the diet & exercise I took a flying leap away from it all. It started about the time of my birthday celebration and my eating habits deteriorated...I got depressed...I stopped exercising...I gave up.
So I am starting again today. My goals right now are small. I want to use the food diary everyday & I want to stick to my exercise plan.
I will avoid tape measures and scales until I feel like I am 100% back on track again.
I wish I knew why I quit...
I have to learn to forgive myself and move on I guess...
