Since 2007 I have been on and off using
Spark peoples tools and blogs to help motivate me.
I lost a few pounds and have been able to keep them off,
this I am happy with!
Over the last 4 years or so however I have been
yo-yoing from 270 to 285 pounds.
Every plan I start, I end up quitting.
I want to be in GREAT shape.
I DO NOT want to be disciplined enough to actually
do the work to get there.
I must do this for me and live a longer happier life!
To go on hikes without carrying 75 extra pounds and hurt
from the joint and muscle spasms and pain from
such a work out or walk even...
I pray for strength as I start again and again to continue
my journey to better health!
My stress level is 3 today ! Regular homeschool drama again
