Life is good...

Life could be better though if at times we shake things up a bit and transform what might otherwise be bland to SHAZAM!

I LOVE that word!

Christina Morassi, an online business coaching guru, uses it all the time in relation to branding.

But why limit it to branding? Let's expand it into SPARKING!

I invite you to join me in finding ways to turn the ordinary--the ho hum--into SHAZAM on our Sparkpeople journey!

It could be with exercise...
It could be with food..
It could be with attitutude...
It could be with clothing...
It could be (the sky is the limit here...)

Today I am going to turn the ordinary into SHAZAM with my attitude and dress.

I am going to put a little extra little punch in my outfit--maybe funky earrings, a bold blouse, or a spicy lipstick--to take my ordinary look to SHAZAM.

I am going to the museum today to appreciate some art, listen to an artist talk, and luxuriate in some classical music. The extra SHAZAM will give me a little more pep in my step and keep me sparking with a smile.

What about you?

Do you turn the ordinary into SHAZAM on your sparkpeople journey? Will you now moving forward?
