Week's off to a great start!

*A mile run...cut short by a creeper in a van. I really wanted to do my 4 mile loop but there was no way I felt comfortable.
*Got the pups out for a quick miler and we'll probably go again a little later.
*11 minutes of planks! Oh yes it was awesome!!!
Set your timer and go for it!
Hold each for a minute:
front plank
side plank
side plank
side plank wrap
side plank wrap
front plank
side plank
side plank
wrap side plank
wrap side plank
front plank as long as you can to finish!
Let me know how you did:)
I held the last one a little over a minute...shaking like a leaf:)

1631.10 miles for the year!
