if ya wanna know what's been going on in my life, but suffice it to say that a year ago when I intended to get back in the game, IT WAS SHORT LIVED. It has been so difficult to stick to a healtheir regimen with taking care of two little grandsons, one husband that won't live healthy and 1 bedfast mother in law.
Well, yesterday Granny passed away. And one grandson started kindergarten so I now only have 1 two year old and a husband to take care of. I CAN DO THIS! I can get back to making myself a priority!! In fact, the night before Granny passed away I had made the decision to join the gym again. I met with the trainer yesterday and feel good about what I accomplished. That's a MENTAL "feel good"...cause PHYSICALLY, I feel like I worked out for the first time in two years!!!
Ugh! I weighed in this morning at 20 lbs over my goal weight and so it's time to get serious and start tracking every BLT and weighing and measuring my food. Today, we have the viewing and tomorrow is Granny's funeral.
I have a healthy regimen planned of going to the gym 3 days per week, Tues, Thurs and Sat. They DO have daycare if I have to take the grandson with me. I will walk outside with Kash in the stroller at least 3 X per week as well. I have gone grocery shopping and so I'm prepared to STOP eating JUNK and start eating my vegetables again.
I know what I need to do, now I just need to do it! I hope you will check me out on my blog...cause that's where most of my life plays out.
