Weigh In

Sunday, September 08, 2013

9/8 263 OK. I am not upset because I know I will fluctuate. It is the loss over time that matters AND I have peace with myself that I am consistently doing my best and have stayed in my calorie range and got in my exercise. I WILL continue to chip away! This makes 2.4 pounds lost for one week. 24 pound in ten weeks from now at this rate? I'll take it. emoticon

9/7 262.2
9/6 264
9/5 264 I KNOW this has got to move down soon...being patient
9/4 264
9/3 263.8
9/2 265.2
9/1 265.4

emoticon Now that, my dear, is a NSV (non~scale victory) when you let your common sense rule over a number on the scale. Keep true to your plan~ it will happen all in good time. *hugs* BB~ emoticon emoticon emoticon
