Friday was busy, I went into work early to do some updates. But first I stopped to see my friend Amy and my regular Zumba class. it was so good to see everyone. I stayed for 15 minutes, just enjoying the music.

Right before class began, I was visited by my boss. Turns out a software glitch led to all classes being cancelled. I stayed to work, my assistant helped, and some of the students stayed to study.

Then I met some friends for a quick drink and then it was off to my house to get ready for dinner with my FIL. Dh and I had a great time.

Saturday we had breakfast with him and my sister in law. Great way to start the day.
Then we came home, I iced my knee and did some paper work. Later we took a drive to East Point Lighthouse on the Delaware Bay .

the knee is manageable...can't wait to get off crutches!

I used a cane for a while but probably could have used crutches.

Good news - no pain this morning. It is the first time I have not had pain since my surgery in July. The steroid shot is doing what it is suppose to do - PTL!

Sounds like you had a great day. The photo of the lighthouse is lovely.

    Do have a blessed day.
