Cheat day....!

Today was my cheat day and I did an oops! I made a popcorn cake...and ATE half of it!! Now I know it could have been worse...like the whole thing ( I made my hubbie lock up the rest from me!!) but I used a bag of marshmallows so I ate half that bag!! GOOD GRAVY!! What was I thinking???!! my healtthy meals!! And the rest of tonight...after that damage will be all healthy!!

I remember now how I lost weight faster the first time I was on this carb cycle...I had only 1 or sometimes 2 cheat meals but not most of the day! So I am going back to that at least for the rest of this moth and see how that works for me!! If I lose weight faster I will stick to it!! lol I might even feel better!!

Update...lol hubbie just ate the rest of that popcorn cake...minus 2 pieces for his work tomorrow in one sitting...so what I did throughout the day wasn't to bad!!the 1/2 cake i had contained 8 cups of popcorn,,and well half a bag of marshmallows.

    That's ok! Just get back to it. I know that food is most likely why I'm not progressing as fast as I would like but at the same time I feel pretty good about my progress. Weird. I think it's more about developing the good habits and doing your best. You are a great motivator so keep up the good work. emoticon

    Haha well, at least both you ate half instead of you eating the whole thing, right?! emoticon I don't know if this makes you feel any better but you only cheat 1 day a week (lots of people cheat much more than that) plus, you eat really healthy all the other times! Even high carb days! Plus, you're continuing to see results (hello, new clothes!). However, you gotta do what is best for you! Can't wait to read more about how your plan goes!

    I agree that when I workout, I feel better and tighter! Lol. When do you start T25?

    That's too funny! Today is my cheat day and I was going to bake almond flour scones but instead just bought 1 regular one to share with my honey. I figured if I had a dozen of them I would eat 6 for sure. So don't feel bad...that's exactly what I would have ended up doing! Any chance you are not eating enough during the week since you are working out so hard? Today is cheat day for me and I haven't had any cheat food yet, I'm not hungry...freaky. I don't work out as hard as you do so maybe you are craving all that sugar/carbs for a reason??? Don't know...just a thought.
