I want to take a stab at eating five times a day (three meals with two snacks.)
I'll need to plan those meals and shop for them. I'll also need time each evening to pack the food for the next day (or I can do it in the morning before work.)
I guess I'll do meal planning on Sundays before I go grocery shopping. I'll need to write down my meal plan for the week . . . at least at the beginning while I'm getting the hang of eating more often.
Yee! New things! Experimenting! Fun, sort of! The unknown.
