Spark’s BLC goals and a loss in work BLC

Part of this week’s preparation for BLC 23 is to take before pics. I managed to squeeze into a cute t-shirt that I found and liked about 2 years ago. It is my target shirt but the shorts are definitely not. I just know that the two can handle changes in size for comparison. Although I am not at my heaviest, I am a little over 10 lbs away from it and have a long way to go so these pics will do just fine.

We are also to come up with a SMART goal.
MY GOALS: My goal is to lose 13 lbs which is 5% weight loss by the end of the challenge.

I will do this my tracking, tracking and more tracking, I will track my food, and fitness and calorie differential and aim for an average of -500 per day. I aim for at least 3 workouts a week and a green smoothie everyday and stay away from Tim Horton's for the remainder of the challenge. I will not aim for perfection on a day to day because I recognize that one bad day does not make a trend but it is long term habits that matter. I will plan for success by keeping my gym bag packed and in the car and always having frozen fruit and greens for green smoothies.

I also lost 2.5 lbs in this week’s weigh in for the BLC at work. I am pretty happy about it but still count my Sunday morning weigh in as always. I am starting to update my ticker with spark’s BLC weigh in on Wednesday. I’m not really sure what to do with that. Just change on Sunday or both or just switch to Wednesday and then back again. The frequent weigh ins don’t make me crazy anymore. The scale and I have resolved our issues now that I have a better appreciation or the bigger picture.
