Day 161 - My Plan to Jog Failed

I got off work at 6 pm and I planned on going for a mile walk with the husband and then continue on with more walking / jogging. I even took a puff from my inhaler!

Well, my husband informed me that our son was at a house party and will need to be picked up soon. Sure enough, on our walk, our son called.

Since I was the one to pick him up, my husband suggested that I also pick up Chinese food which is on the way.

Now I am sitting on the couch with a full belly and probably over 3,000 mg of sodium coursing though my body. I will definitely be gaining with the water weight tomorrow! Plus TOM will be visiting any day, which adds more bloating and weight gain.

Sigh..........

I am getting so tired of the land of the 180s. Just a pound away...which now may mean another week to get that pound worked off!

Well, I am up for a challenge since tomorrow is my Saturday! Yay!

Hubby and I are playing golf in the morning and depending on how much energy I have left, I may go for a walk / jog. The weather should be great!

Oh, and my friend will be doing her Ironman Triathalon race tomorrow. She will swim 2.5 miles, bike 114 miles, and jog 26 miles! (something like that...) She is crazy! And crazy fit! Please wish her luck!

    Plans change. It happens. The key to it is to get back in the game as soon as possible. That is the part I struggle with. I let it derail me for a lot longer than that one meal or one day. Sounds like you have a good plan for tomorrow. And good luck to your friend! That sounds like quite a challenge!
