Zucchini Boats

Some days it seems like I am trying super hard and getting nowhere. It's day 3 back on Whole 30 and I am doing fairly well with avoiding cravings and anything unhealthy. So yeah for that!

I do feel like I am stuck in a plateau though and if that's the case I have to figure out how to change that. I can't seem to stay below 260 and it's ANNOYING! All these other people can eat complete junk and still lose weight so, what the fudge batman?! {not intended for anyone specific, just sayin'}

Tomorrow DH and I plan to go for a walk. Maybe just adding some walks around the neighborhood will help me break the plateau.

Well, at least I had fun making zucchini boats for dinner tonight. Zucchini halves, lean ground turkey, tomatoes, and some spices. Tasted great! I also made some baked apple chips- delicious!

    It stinks when we hit those plateaus!
    Walking and adding or changing up the exercise may help. But don't give up - keep making healthier choices and one day you'll be surprised!
