Got in four walks today. One was because I forgot to get sour cream at the grocery store, so I walked to the corner store. Also hopped on the elliptical for a little while and did a little yoga. I did well with food today. Made a lovely pork stir fry on quinoa for lunch out at my parents' house. Jeremy wants to do a morning launch on Lake Erie on Monday. Tomorrow I will rest. I will still get my 120 minutes, but I will let them be low intensity minutes.
