Sting's song reminds me of how we should think about our exercise programs. Think consciously about how you're moving your body. Are you going slowly if new to exercising? Are you doing each move properly? Twisting or moving awkwardly can cause muscle injury so how we move is important. Warming up with gentle stretching is paramount to safe exercising. Remember to breathe evenly and deeply fully opening up your lungs to get good oxygenation going. It helps burn calories and keeps the oxygen flowing to those working muscles.
