I think that taking part in this BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) here on Sparkpeople has been a key point to helping me make sure I keep on keeping on with my exercise and still working really hard to figure out my nutritional needs. I have noticed some of my clothes fitting better and that doing the exercises I have been doing for the past month are getting slightly easier.
Good thing starting next week my exercises change a little to help keep things moving on their merry way! In month 2 of Chalean Extreme I will be lifting heavier than this last month and will be working harder on the cardio to try and push myself to finish the whole video without needing to pause it to catch my breath. I have noticed in the mirror that my arms are starting to show some definition and my stomach is starting to hold itself in a little bit. My husband even cat-called at me earlier today after my workout was over and after I had showered.
I kind of get to go shopping in my closet for some pants that are a little bit smaller than the ones I started the month out with. And the clothes I am wearing are a little bit loser and more comfortable to wear. I am very excited about taking my measurements tomorrow to see my progress!
