Putting Off Working Out

Saturday, September 07, 2013

The more opportunity I have to exercise, the more I put it off. Worked out at 0400 am this morning for 36 minutes, but didn't finish because I got nauseous. I have hypoglycemia and didn't eat my pre-planned snack and got sick as a result. emoticon Now, I want to finish, but I just don't feel like it. I know once I get started, I'll love it as I always do these days having found something I enjoy. The getting started part is the hardest. I don't understand myself. I know I'll enjoy a good workout. I know i'll be pleased with myself for doing it. I know I'll have an endorphin rush. I know I'll have more energy for the rest of the afternoon, yet I put it off. Just don't understand... emoticon

Hello! Getting up and working out first thing is a great way to achieve your goal. I did a boot camp last summer and took the 5:30 am class since it is way too hot by start of the 6:30 pm here in Central Texas. Was so gratifying getting ready for work after knowing I had my exercise done and I could enjoy the rest of the day.
You'll figure it out. Just keep trying.
See you in the forums of BLC#23.
