On the 5% challenge of which I HAPPILY Belong to, for this week ,,, the Living The Good Life (LTGL) challenge is to:
HAVE NO JUNK FOOD !! It's including ALL high fats (SO NO FRIED foods either !), HIGH SUgars,, and so on that is included in ALL THE YUMMY Foods which got MOST OF US to where we are today !!
OH MY !! OH WOW !! For though I've LOST almost 80lbs to date,,,, it's ALSO included in my normal diet,,, Definitely some JUNK FOOD (JF) daily. I used to eat ALL Junk food for EVERY MEAL so I've GR8LY improved, however of course with all of us,, this is a step by step process,,, and I am not to where many other Sparklers are. I do not plan on being quickly.
For me personally and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS !!!!! ,,,,,, I've eaten poorly ALL my life. Up til SPARKS a fruit or veggie VOLUNTERARY has NOT crossed these lips,, neither had water ! Well NOT to drink,,, LOL !! It's fun for swimming and bathing, but I "thought" NOT FOR Drinking !!
Well the water has now changed :) . I drink it all the time now,,,and soda,, which WAS 6 to 8 cans a day is GONE !!
Now to SLOWLY improve the rest. For I DO NOT want to lose weight TO FAST !! Over the past 8 weeks, I gave up the soda, and am dropping now 2lbs a week approx. So one by one,,, I WILL replace the other items in my chomping around.
it'll just take time.
HOWEVER !! With "THAT" being said,, ,as it is my plan,,, for this week,,with the 5% chal of NO JF,,,,, I WILL DO MY BESTEST to Support my team,, "The Spirited Under Dawgs". We are QUITE THE TEAM !!!! When a NEW Chal POPS ON UP,,, we are GOING FOR IT WITH ALL WE HAVE !!! We ALL WANT to be as Healthy as we can be. Some are just further along than I am, but I HAVE IMPROVED DRASTICALLY !!
Tomorrow is GD's Bridal Shower. I'd been sooo looking forward to this,,,and to the CAKE !!! It's being made by her Mom who worked in a bakery (She does now also) and uses the BEST Ingredients to be TASTY !!! YUMMY !! But, it's NO JF WEEK. So since I am the one who planned out the shower,,,, be GUARANTEED that we ALSO have some YUMMY Dishes coming which are VERY healthy. :) That's the BEST thing about organizing these things,,or I'd simply bring my own !! I am NOT against this AT ALL For myself,,,, or ANYONE ELSE doing the same to their gatherings,,, on travel,,, vacation etc. Its the SMART thing to do.
So WILL I MAKE IT??? I WILL DO MY BEST !!!
