Slow Learner Here....

Saturday, September 07, 2013

Well, another lesson learned here...1) Patience, patience, patience 2) If you know you've had more evil salt than usual, DON'T PANIC! emoticon Ugh, guess I am a just a slow learner. After a couple days out of town I had a point 4 gain, freaked me out, end of the world. emoticon So not worth it to let that stress me out but I let my mind run away with all my reasoning. BUT! emoticon was so excited this morning to see that gain go away (obviously with the evil salt) and find a 1.2 loss. Ahh, I can breathe again. Seriously, I will learn from this, this will take time and like my friend Kim reminded me, our weight can fluctuate daily in that increment and more so I need to stay focused and keep the faith! I so much appreciate the support I find on here, it's making all the difference emoticon

You are making adjustments, and doing great! Salt does make a difference, so don't beat yourself up!!!! Remember baby steps, love yourself(you are amazing, and so worth it!) Treat yourself the way you do other's and rejoice in the little things-they will add up to big things! Love ya!

And just think, you are getting all set up for a great weigh in on Friday! You are looking great and it's hard to believe we are finally getting this right! Yes, salt is the enemy! The more I eliminate it, the better for me and my heart. I know I will always get the recommended amount in so throwing out that salt shaker has been on of the best things I could have done!
