I've decided to start eating a new way! I am going to be eating more raw fruits and vegetables through out the day and a good cooked carb meal in the evenings. I don't plan to worry about calories through this experiment and just eat until satisfied. I am going to track how I feel through the month and at the end of it we will see whether or not there were any good results :D Hope you are all doing well! Have a great weekend!
