I really want to be under 200 by my 40th birthday. The only way I am going to do that is to stay focused. The last few weeks I have lost focus for a variety of reasons. But in reality, those reasons just end up being excuses.
Goals for September:
No potato chips other than on the 1st.
Get in at least 4 15 min or greater walks per week
Plan dinners for the rest of the month and post weekly plan
Start PT for shoulder
Clean up workspace
I have reset most of my spark streaks and have been maintaining for the last few weeks. September starting weight = 240lbs
