Day 20 & 21 - Off the wagon

Wow, I totally fell off the wagon. I worked on Thursday and then we were painting the house Thursday and Friday. I didn't log anything, didn't exercise, and I didn't blog. I completely fell off the wagon and my weigh-in shows it.

Weigh in today was 186.9 emoticon

I'm not liking myself very much right now. It's my fault and I need to control myself.

  emoticon I wouldn't say you dropped off the wagon, you got busy and some things took priority! You were doing things that needed to be done and didn't have time for other things, even if they are important also. We aren't perfect and we won't always do the things we want to do when we want to dot them! So, don't beat yourself up over this! Like Scarlet O'Hara said, "Tomorrow is another day!"

    We all have days/weeks like that. Don't be too hard on yourself. Just pick yourself up and pledge to do better one day at a time!

    Do not eat yourself up. i also had a rough week with my diet from traveling. We do the best we can. A single day will not break you. My guess is that you had more salt and the weight is water. You don't gain, or lose, fat that fast. Get the salt back under control and the water weight will come off. Just remember that each day is a new day with it's own challenges and rewards, Choose to make today a good day.
