Day 160 - Noticeable Body Changes

I am pretty much the same weight for the last several weeks but I have noticed a huge difference in my jeans. My size 16 capris fit perfectly last month. Now, with maybe several pounds lighter, my capris are practically falling off my hips!
I can literally push them down without unbuttoning them!
I believe this is attributed to my newly acquired ability to jog. In the month of August when I discovered that I could actually jog, and jog great distances, I went "jog-crazy"! I jogged every chance I could. For the first two to three weeks, my legs went from screaming at me in pain to minor pain. My legs are starting to hold muscular definition! I even changed up my jogging by adding sprints which caused my butt muscles and hips to scream at me.
Even though I have not lost much in the last month, I did lose almost two inches from my waist and buttocks!
I haven't been able to jog in several days due to working double shifts, but I am hoping I can get outside after work tomorrow when I leave at 6 pm. If not, then for sure on Sunday. I received a call from the scheduler and she no longer needs me to work this Sunday! Jogging!!!!! ....but I may go golfing instead! Hmmmmm...............
