So Tired . . .

Of summer! Still fighting the good fight, I've not weighed this week I just know it's up and right now I'm too fragile to see a gain. I'll kick myself in the butt and get a better weighin next week :) Mostly it's just too darn hot to move these days. Won't be cooling off here until the end of October, if then. We'll see. In the meantime I'm just keepin on keepin on. Eating melon for sweets, that's one thing summer is good for :)

    You can do it! Yes the heat can make you feel very sluggish. I am in the UK and we are just entering Autumn (Fall) and the weather is getting cold now, barely reaching double figures, usually only at around 8. It's not too long now, only around 4 weeks or so and it will be cooler days before you know it.

    Don't kick yourself -- weight gain or not. You are beautiful as you are RIGHT NOW. The changes you are trying to make are for you and will GOOD FOR YOU. Don't sweat (oops - bad pun) it -- fall is just around the corner.
