Found an app called 10K for pink which is a 14 week training course to run a 10k race. Ran my first training session tonight and love the app. I'll be entering a 5 or 10k run on October 13th. Haven't decided which yet but will continue and finish the 14 weeks of training and see how much my time can improve. I just find it more fun when I have a program and a goal. Only 12 lbs from my goal weight. Came across a pic of me from last summer where I was at least 50 lbs heavier than I am now. It was scary. By God's grace and power I'm never going back there again.
