I did ok with my food today but still having problems with moving but I did walk on my treadmill for 15 minutes on a whole I have had a good day

    Try putting a TV in front of your treadmill and watch an entire sitcom episode. (30 minutes) Then a crime drama (60). The a movie (90).

I watched the Super Bowl from my treadmill. I mixed it up with weights or body weight exercises during commercial breaks.

    When I started SP I forced myself to walk 10 minutes a day on the treadmill. Now I'm walking 8-10K steps a day. It's so addictive. And it's nice being able to walk outside in this great weather. I admit I'm not looking forward to winter and the treadmill again, but I think I'm addicted enough to continue throughout the year. Hang in there!
