Oh the weekend!

Since I'm starting on Monday I feel as though I should get the bad stuff outta my system! Well it's Friday and after a Very terrible week, where the stress hits the roof, and my feels got hurt on more than one occasion. I feel as though I owe it to myself to something for ME!! So to start.. I'm going through not only spark people but Pinterest! And yes I have type 2 uncontrolled diabetes i also have some type of stomach issue going on since my gallbladder removal a year ago. So mayb ill try a mixed version of paleo and diabetic friendly foods! Anyone out there tried this? Well here's to the count down....

    Spark People is all you need just track your food, cut out all the garbage, track your exercise and learn as much reading all the information. There's a lot to learn to be an effective manager of your diet, exercise, sleep, stress and social life.

Just stay on this site and do what it suggests. No fancy diets necessary. emoticon
I gave up a lot of the crackcers, breads and refined carbohydrates, started eating the good fat foods and lots of fruit/vegetables. You can do it! emoticon emoticon emoticon
