This has been a very full, busy week, and I'm glad it's Friday!
Each day I made time to plan my fitness and nutrition and stayed on plan. Woohoo!
I have a new walking buddy . . . Bad Leroy Brown. Well, he's not actually walking with me, because he's a sticker and bur magnet. So he walks with me at the beginning while we're still in the grassy and gravel areas, but when we get to the stickers and burs, he goes into the infant carrier and I carry him the rest of the way. He loves it. He just snuggles in and watches the scenery go by. And the extra 7 pounds gives me a better work out.
Yesterday I stopped into the local organic produce grower and picked up some delicious ripe tomatoes, lemon cucumbers, chives and onions. Chopped them up, added a bit of salt and made a delightful salad.
DH will be home soon, so it's time to get busy making Coach Nichole's peanut sauce since he's making Chinese veggies for dinner. Yummmmy!
