Day 28 mostly sticking with the program

I love SPARKPEOPLE tracking it makes it SO easy to see if I am reaching goals. My goal in 30 days was to loose 5 pounds this morning I have lost 4.1 pounds.
I have today (which I have been very good) and tomorrow to lose 0.9 pounds. I think I can do this! I must keep my head on right.
