Feeling Frustrated, Running Out of Time!...

Friday, September 06, 2013

I had a gain this week, while it's not much, point 4 it is stressing me out! emoticon Spent the last couple days out of town so on the road. I realize it most likely is the extra salt that is hard to avoid but I just don't know... I am working towards a specific goal with a magical weight number for a special upcoming vacation. I HAVE to reach this goal by October 11th to be able to embark on an activity that is already planned, STRESS! emoticon There is a weight limit so I have to be down at least 9.6 pounds by then...I know this is do-able but barely. I can't have this 2 steps forward 1 step back that I have been doing and make it. emoticon This is just what is on my mind at the moment, it sounds so trivial but this is so important to me...thanks for listening...ugh, why have I waited so long?? emoticon

it is a journey ...... be patient.... try drinking MORE water to get rid of the salt and to feel fuller.

Please do not kick yourself like this! Treat the situation the same as what advice you would give me. Would you berate me? Of course not!! Love yourself and just focus on the right here and now. Past is past. Like I said, at any given minute in the day, we can fluctuate much more than that! This is just going to give you more resolve. We got this!!! And if I didn't believe that, I would waste my precious time. Look forward to the next weigh in and just keep the focus!! I have total faith in you. This is crazy easy.
