I had a gain this week, while it's not much, point 4 it is stressing me out!
Spent the last couple days out of town so on the road. I realize it most likely is the extra salt that is hard to avoid but I just don't know... I am working towards a specific goal with a magical weight number for a special upcoming vacation. I HAVE to reach this goal by October 11th to be able to embark on an activity that is already planned, STRESS!
There is a weight limit so I have to be down at least 9.6 pounds by then...I know this is do-able but barely. I can't have this 2 steps forward 1 step back that I have been doing and make it.
This is just what is on my mind at the moment, it sounds so trivial but this is so important to me...thanks for listening...ugh, why have I waited so long??
