Okay so if you haven't guessed by the title of this blog... here are my results this week.
Original starting weight: 240
Re-Starting weight: 230
Week 1: 228
Week 2: 225
Week 3: 227
Week 4: 227
Week 5: 227
I knew plateau's were real... but I didn't think I would have one SO quickly! I mean i've only lost 3 pounds! Anyway, I can honestly say that I think this is an actual plateau and not just me not doing anything and getting lucky when I hadn't gained.
My eating has been alright.. not terrible, not great. Just average. However, I have still continued to go to the gym every morning M-F this week, as well as last week, and I'm actually really loving going to the gym and lifting weights! So all in all, I'm okay with my results, however, next week i'd really really enjoy seeing a loss!
My goal next week isn't even an eating goal (You all thought it was going to be didn't you? Because it IS an obvious factor that I should change and would probably see quicker results)
Anyway, next week's goal is that I am going to weigh in at the GYM, monday morning, and friday morning. That's it.
If we have been spark friends for awhile you probably know that I am a scale addict! So my emotions are usually on a rollercoaster ride every day. "How could I have gained?!" "YES! I'M DOWN!" "NOOOOO i'm back up :(" "UGh.. why even try?!" So weighing in at the beginning of the week and at the end of the week will be a good starting point for me to being a once a week, or once every two weeks weigher!
On another note.... I lifted heavier weights today in my circuit training, AND, thought I saw a tiny bit of an outer arm muscle peeking at me when doing triceps extensions :D
