I slipped but I didn't fall.

For the sake of convenience my DH and I stopped at BK for lunch. Even as I ordered I didn't think it was a good idea. I was really hungry because I had skipped breakfast (mistake 1), as I what to do for dinner I'm thinking I blew the day anyway so let's just order in. Then I thought better of it and decided to enter my lunch to see how bad it was. And it was bad, but not disastrous I can fix this and still stay within my range of calories. So glad I tracked before I started dinner.

    We are having McDonald's Quarter Pounders with Cheese and a small fry (unsalted) for dinner tonight. It fits into my plan. Just can't do it every day or even every week. Once a month makes for a nice treat.

P.S. No shake and make sure those fries are size small!
