Went for a walk this afternoon, and the weather was perfect. Clear crisp day with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies. I had to return some library books, and run a couple of other errands. Got some studying done, and other stuff.
Yestarday got all my goals done, and went for a walk. I went over the 2000 mark though. I had to have chocolate and it was pretty good.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio/walking
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Sparkpeople tracking my food and exercise.
