19 Day

Friday, September 06, 2013

Really?? 19 Day already...sometimes when you are actually going through the minutes, hours, days and week, it sometimes drags - like last afternoon - well I did my exercises earlier than usual, and it was a good workout with Leslie, 30 minutes, 2 miles, awesome stuff. I'm extremely happy I've maintained that, and you know what, I think I can do this, 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening, that would be like 1 hour of workout for me each day...I'd have to get my A into G that's for sure! Going to work on the morning workouts - I want this, I want it real bad...and its going to hurt, I'm going to hurt real bad...!!

And now a random question...why is it that they don't have Olivia Newton-John's "Please Mister Please" in karaoke? I'm always searching for that song!!

Don't think I've come across that song. It may not have arrived "up top" and so didn't get onto regular playlists.
I hope you find it soon.

Congratulations on sticking to your 19 day plan

hey, so far today I've done 2.3 miles, in something like 8 hours emoticon

Never been out for a "proper" walk yet, just pacing up and down my garden path; it all counts!!

While it's n not true karaoke, most songs are available on You Tube with lyrics running across the bottom
