Take THAT Sleeping In!

So this morning was the first in a long time that I actually woke up and didn't snooze my alarm. Because I get up later than I should, my breakfast suffers for it. This morning I woke up and felt great. I had the best intentions to make a hot breakfast, but I settled for some fruit and toast instead. Even though I didn't eat what I planned I felt much more refreshed on my way to work and my body was more energized because I had already been up for an hour before I left the house.
I'm hoping that this trend will continue into next week (now that it's dark in the morning it's especially difficult but I'm going to keep on keeping on!)
