Time to Fall back into Healthy Habits

My minutes weren't there, but all I was doing was jogging. I didn't make an effort to include anything else. Eating has been not so great. I wouldn't say I'm overeating, I'm just not being very picky. No measurements or weighing. I don' feel like I've put on weight, but my body is kinda mushy and I just don't want to get discouraged by numbers that really hold very little value (or at least should hold very little value to my state of mind).
I decided to do a kickstart 2wk plan. I'm alternating between a chest/back/ab workout w/speed ladder walk & arms/legs/butt w/2mile jog. Every 3days I take an active rest day. The st totally kicked my butt. My thighs have been on fire! I'm also doing a yoga cooldown. I'm getting in around 50minutes doing this, but it doesn't seem like it because it's broken down into a 10/30/10. I think I do well with these short little spurts. I was totally kicking butt back in July when I was working towards the wedding. It seemed manageable. Perhaps taking it a couple weeks at a time and then changing it slightly will keep me entertained/motivated.
In other news I have an actual teenager under my roof. We went to see the One Direction movie because it is the only thing she asked for. It wasn't that bad. They're kind of adorable.
