When I feel a food binge coming on I:
• drink a lot of water
• drink tea
• read a book
• chew gum
• call family

    Tell yourself 'just 10 more minutes'... and make sure you are eating enough healthy food, sometimes being hungry is really just being hungry and your body panics and doesn't know when to stop... good luck

    I take a very long bubble bath. It almost always makes me feel comforted which is what I got from food. emoticon
