Hi my SP friends,
Right now I'm sitting at work (wishing it were quitting time) and thinking about how healthy I've been eating these last two month. I should be pleased with myself, but instead, I'm a bit down. My feelings, that is, not my weight!! How can you eat the right things, less than you were eating, work out with a trainer, and still the weight is there? I really thought I could shed about 15 pounds before my BIG vacation in a couple of weeks. I don't understand how my body is working.
