It's been awhile, but I am trying again, trying to get back on track and stay on track. I've joined 2 challanges: Back on Track and one for Sept w/ my 100+ group. Ihave to stay moving or I just may end up 6 feet under... the sad truth. But, I am down 1.5lbs just from Monday. So, I am the one in control... I have to remember that!
