I haven't really had an "eating plan".
Yes I eat Low carb.
I did Induction, that was a 2 week plan. I tried to go back to Induction, but it was just too hard.
I read Jonny Bowden's book- 150 best foods. And I got an idea. List all the foods from the 150 that I like or can regularly eat into a list. Then each day when hungry, eat only from that list.
I put my list on graph paper. And if I eat one of the foods today I put a check by it. I know most of the carb counts- which foods are high or low. A few of the foods are higher carb but very good for you, and they are whole foods, so I'd only eat them in small amounts. And the low carb foods I'd eat as much as I like.
This plan goes with my not having to count calories. I am also going to start eating only when I'm hungry, eating slower, and stopping at full. Eventually I hope to remember this list in my head, and eat these foods forever.
So here goes plan #1!
