This week has been bad-ass :) Today was day 4-in-a-row of heavy WOD's and I'm sooo ready for a rest! My body felt a bit tired going into today's workout, but I knew the plan was to take the weekend off from the box, so I pushed through it anyways. Hit a wall by the end? YES! Not lightly either. Feels like I ran full-tilt and threw myself right through it. yawwwn... Still managed a new PR today for 3 rep max back squats of 105lbs. Had I not been standing on limp spaghetti legs, I know I could have lifted heavier though :p
Left the box hungry to the max, so I swung by McDonalds for a "McPaleo" breakfast sandwich :p Ok, doesn't really exist, but I'm resourceful when need be...

    I have MS too and like you, I am pushing myself more and more keeping in mind my MS fatigue and taking care of that too. Keep up the GREAT work! emoticon
