"The Best Preparation For Good Work Tomorrow Is To Do Good Work Today...."
Well, we are coming to the close of another week. T-row is an official
"WEIGH-IN SATURDAY". I have started lifting this week and have raised my
caloric intake, too. It will be interesting to see how much weight loss
and strength gain I will obtain over the this 16-WEEK block of time.
I will be lifting shoulders/arms this afternoon. I will be completing
some steady-state cardio with my HR between 130-150 BPM.
