I'd been at a damned plateau for 11 weeks. Stayed within a 2 pound range. Yes, I've been strength training, muscle weighs more than fat, blah blah...but it's still frustrating!
However, weigh-in today showed I have shed 2.4 pounds this week, after being at that plateau for 11 weeks! May this plateau stay BUSTED! So, looks like the slightly higher calorie intake, and higher water intake (calories adjusted for the more intense workouts I do now) might have done the trick. This will require a few weeks of watching to make sure, but I feel like I could just cry right now. Happy tears! And I did my measurements and 3-month status pics and wow.
Anyway.... this makes for a total of 79.4 pounds released since 3/1/12, and a total of 114.4 pounds GONE off my highest recorded weight. I've gotten rid of 6 inches this past month, and a total of *72 FREAKING INCHES* gone off the areas of my body that I track. This is working. Stay the course.
