okay, all you people... i THINK i might have a "magic" number!
if i am correct, that number is anything BELOW 1,800 calories.
remember that blog about less calories or more exercise???
well, although i dug in my heels, threw myself on the ground with a 45 yr old's version of a temper tantrum, i reduced my calories, to under 1,800.
and low and behold, the scale is MOVING down again!
i am still keeping my exercise "amped" up...
, but reducing the calories MIGHT have helped.
so, i guess i might hafta "eat a little crow"
(sorry, there wasn't any "crow" icon) and say, "FINE, you were right." eating less calories DOES help.
but i will only "eat crow" if it is low in calories, since i am eating less now! (LOL!)
hey, where did the phrase, "eating crow" come from, anyway???? sounds kinda gross!
