For several weeks now, I've been off and on SP, and trying to make some better changes to my lifestyle. I think this week was when it finally "clicked" a bit for me.
All week long I've drank between 64-96 oz. water per day.
All week long - I've had NO fast food, and no "junk" (Sweets, etc.)
Tuesday - 35 min. Cardio boxing/Latin Dancing
Wednesday - 35 min. Cardio boxing / Latin Dancing
Thursday - 18 min. "Wog" (Walk/Jog Interval) - 1.06 miles
It's the most activity I've had in a LONG time, and I was hurting pretty bad this morning, so decided to take it easy for today - the plan is to do another "Wog" tomorrow morning - along with some house cleaning.
I've felt very motivated this week. It's felt good. Looking forward to next week!
