Beginning Again is OKAY

Well after doing so well this spring and posting on Sparkpeople daily, I allowed life to get in the way of my goals all summer long. In order to get back to where I was, I need to take control now regardless of the bedlam going on around me. If nothing else is on an even keel, I know that I can count on spark people to be a steady anchor for me.
So TODAY I will...
1) track everything I eat
2) drink my water
3) do at least 10 minutes of exercise
4) visit Spark Coach
I could give a million excuses why I have not been doing this all along. Some of them are somewhat valid and others are not. It doesn't really matter. All that matters is today...now. So even though I slashed all four tires, dumped the whole can of paint, and fell into the perfection mindset, I can stop that thinking now and get on my merry way.
I will pick up where I am right now and go from here. I will let you know how I did tomorrow.
